For this reason, the parties will send all notices to each others' email addresses and choose their respective street addresses as their service addresses for all legal documents, but they may change either address on 14 calendar days written notice to the other.

Neither party is responsible for breach of this agreement caused by circumstances beyond its control, but the other party may cancel the agreement on written notice to the other if the circumstances persist for more than 60 calendar days.

Refund policy
The provision of goods and services by Ouma Swesie se Spens is subject to availability.
Orders can Only be Cancelled Before the order has been Shipped.
If a product is Damaged or Broken when you receive it, you must inform us within One Working Day of receiving it.
We will require the following information to assess the damage:
- photograph of the outer box (including whether it has a Fragile sticker or not);
- photograph of the inside of the box, including the inner packaging; and
- photograph of the damaged item.
If necessary, arrangements will be made between the parties, (Ouma Swesie se Spens and the Purchaser), for the collection of the product from you at no charge.
This is Only applicable if the item was broken or damaged.
If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, it will be up to our own discretion, after product is inspected, whether or not it will be refunded.
Shipping costs for refunding the product, may be for your account, depending on the outcome of inspection.
Once we have inspected the product or photographs and validated your return (if needed), we will, according to your preference:
- replace the product (if available); or with a similar product (please choose 2 more alternative options)
- issue a refund (using EFT payment).
All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with a clear and specific reason of dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for Your Account.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product.
